Your information and privacy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Persian and English KavoshHub website and its contact, consultation, partnership, career, and support forms. Specialist websites or systems may publish separate policies.

For client projects, data processing is also governed by the relevant agreement and project documentation.

2. Information we receive

Information you provide

• Name, organization, role, phone number, and email;
• Challenge descriptions, collaboration interests, budget, or expected timing;
• Resume details, experience, portfolio links, and PDF documents;
• Ticket details, project name, priority, screenshots, or attachments.

Basic technical information

Hosting infrastructure may log standard technical data—such as IP address, request time, requested path, and browser type—for security and operation. Scope and retention depend on production infrastructure settings.

3. How we use information

• Respond to a message and route it to the relevant team;
• Assess feasibility, prepare proposals, and schedule meetings;
• Review career or collaboration applications;
• Register, investigate, and track support requests;
• Protect the service, prevent automated abuse, and investigate technical events;
• Meet contractual obligations or necessary business requirements.

If a new use is incompatible with the original purpose, we will provide appropriate notice or seek necessary consent first.

4. Uploaded files

Consultation and career forms accept validated PDFs with size limits. Support accepts validated PDFs or images. File type, size, and initial content signature are checked server-side. Do not upload passwords, access keys, highly sensitive data, or information beyond what the request requires.

5. Sharing and access

Information is routed to relevant company members by subject. Hosting, storage, or technical providers may process data only as needed to provide their service. We do not sell personal information.

Disclosure may be required in response to valid legal requirements, to protect security, or to investigate misuse. Any disclosure should be limited as far as reasonably possible.

6. Retention and security

We retain information while needed to respond, continue collaboration, support a project, maintain contractual records, or protect the parties' rights. Exact periods can differ by request and agreement.

Access control, server-side validation, CSRF protection, file type and size limits, and necessary logging form part of the security layers. No digital transmission or storage method is entirely risk-free.

7. Your choices and requests

You may ask about your information, request correction of inaccurate data, or—where contractual or necessary retention does not prevent it—request deletion. Proportionate verification may be required to confirm the requester owns the information.

If processing changes materially, we will update this page and its revision date. Use the email above or the Contact Center for privacy questions.
