Website terms of use
These terms cover use of site content, forms, uploads, and public services.
1. Acceptance and scope
These terms cover the KavoshHub domain, Persian and English pages, and public forms. If you do not accept them, do not use interactive forms or features.
Using the website alone does not create employment, agency, partnership, a project agreement, or a commitment to provide services.
2. Content and intellectual property
Custom design, text, illustrations, marks, interface code, and content structure belong to the company or are used under license unless stated otherwise. Third-party libraries, fonts, and components remain subject to their owners' licenses.
Reasonable quotation with attribution and a link is allowed. Substantial republication, resale, removal of ownership notices, or commercial derivative use requires written permission.
3. Acceptable and prohibited use
You may view public pages for information, research, and collaboration assessment. You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, files, or data;
- Send malware, deceptive files, spam, or harmful automated requests;
- Disrupt operation, bypass controls, or perform unauthorized security testing;
- Impersonate others, knowingly submit false information, or infringe rights;
- Harvest content or data at scale in conflict with site or individual rights.
4. Forms and submitted files
Submitters are responsible for accuracy and authority to share information. Sending a resume, proposal, or message does not guarantee acceptance, response within a specific time, or an agreement.
Unsafe, unsupported, or oversized files may be rejected. For security, files may be validated and inspected as necessary.
5. Third-party links and services
The website may link to department domains, social networks, maps, or external services. Their content, availability, and policies are controlled by their providers, and your visit is governed by their terms.
6. General information and disclaimers
Website content is general information, not a substitute for context-specific technical, contractual, legal, financial, or security advice. We aim for accurate, current content but do not promise completeness or suitability for every use.
To the extent permitted by valid terms and agreements, liability for reliance solely on public content or disruption beyond reasonable control is limited.
7. Services, proposals, and project agreements
Scope, price, timing, acceptance, ownership, confidentiality, support, and responsibilities become final only in a signed proposal or project agreement. If a conflict arises, the specific signed agreement takes priority over these public terms.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as features or service delivery changes. The current version and revision date appear here. Send questions to legal@kavoshhub.ir or the Contact Center.
Company counsel should review the final version before official publication against actual agreements and operating scope.
